What a great experience. I took my daughter who was very nervous. They were so friendly made us feel at home. Very knowledgeable and extensive eye exam. Definitely will be returning and recommend to all my friends and family.

This was my 1st time having an eye exam at Walmart. I really like the way they do exams now (20/20NOW). It was fast and efficient. The best part was the dr. went through the results with me, even showing me pictures of my eyes. I was able to get any questions answered. It was a great experience!

Great and very helpful staff. Definitely the best exams and staff I’ve had yet so far. They really take time to get your exam and glasses right and don’t just brush you off to deal with someone else. Will come back and recommend them to others.

Honestly, one of the best experiences I have had obtaining an eye exam. I wasn’t sure how the “virtual” experience would go, but the onsite tech (Adam) was very thorough in explaining the process. The testing went quickly, and I was delighted with how smoothly the whole process was completed. I would definitely recommend this testing center to anyone who needs an eye exam.

This place honestly is so amazing. The are very patient with the elderly. They truly listened and let my grandmother voice concerns. This is a hard quality to find in customer service and they are always going above and beyond to help her.

This was a “last effort” in getting glasses & contacts quickly when my traditional eye doctor was booked months out… but this experience was TOP NOTCH! Rachel at the Lincoln Walmart location is a sweetheart and explains everthing simply but thoroughly. The tele-doctors are prompt and easy to understand and very thorough in the exam portion. Walked out with the contacts I needed that day. Overall VERY satisfied in the experience.
